Health & Records Administrator based in Derry/Londonderry through our Public Sector Client
£11.45 per hour plus paid holiday hours and weekly payment of wages the week after your working week.
Full time hours of 37 ½ hours each week, 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
Initially for 3 months with then a review to extend.
CRITERIA
5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent or higher educational standard*
OR
2 years administrative/clerical experience

D ROLE
Assist in the location of missing records
Daily Filing Duties
Assist in the transportation of notes to/from consultations in the Outpatients Dept
Assist in the checking & auditing of information
General office duties
Word processing as appropriate to the job
Identification of duplicate IT/Records registrations
