What the job involves
Working in our purpose-built facility, you will be responsible for delivering quality learn to swim education in a friendly and safe learning environment. You will ensure a high level of service is provided to our wide range of customers from babies through to adults.
No previous experience is required; we’ll provide you with all the training you need. You will, however, need to be approachable, enthusiastic, outgoing, and must enjoy working with children.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who are creative, motivating, and who have the ability to coach others to achieve results. It is essential that you enjoy interacting with children of all ages and have a love for water.
This is a part-time opportunity, working Saturday each week from 8:30am to 11:50am. There may be opportunities to pick up additional hours during the week covering absences. There could also be the opportunity to pick up additional permanent shifts as they become available.
We also have opportunities for casual shifts. There may be additional shifts created in the near future to meet high demand. Therefore, if you are interested, however the shift times above don’t suit your availability, let us know in your application along with what hours you are available for. We are also seeking interest from people who wish to provide casual cover for leave amongst the team.
