This involves managing the national procurement of several categories including Paper Hygiene, Textiles, Janitorial Pulp, Office Supplies and Furniture. Support the procurement team to deliver a fully operational and effective purchasing and supply service for NOE CPC, delivering ongoing cost efficiencies and benefits to Stakeholders and their customers. To carry out operational tasks associated with the procurement of goods and services, and effectively contribute towards NOE CPCs value for money and cash releasing saving targets. Working as part of a small team, managing contracts placed by all areas of the NOE CPC using Policies and Procedures in an effective and efficient manner according to the performance standards set. Deal with a high volume of customer and supplier queries primarily over the telephone and emails to ensure that goods and services are selected, ordered and received in appropriate timescales. Along with producing standard documentation from the procurement computerised systems as required by the service, customers or suppliers, keeping systems up to date and accurate.
