Service Delivery Manager
Ely - Covering the East and Southeast
£40,415 - £42,542 per year
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Estate Services team based in Ely. The role of Service Delivery Manager will involve looking after a team of ten delivering compliance testing, caretaking tasks, cleaning and grounds maintenance throughout the East and Southeast.
The role of Service Delivery Manager will include:
* Effective reporting on rota compliance, ensuring the team have all the key equipment and materials to facilitate their role
* Ensuring the team are compliant to Health and Safety legislation as well as company policies and procedures
* Managing the delivery of all our field-based works on behalf of Property Services to support performance delivery
* Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
Skills and experiences:
* To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to ILM membership (The Institute of Leadership), NVQ 3 or currently undertaking the qualification
* Knowledge of cleaning or grounds maintenance delivery
* Proven ability to effectively recruit, manage and develop people
* Experience in managing frontline teams
* Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
* This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
