The Occupational Health Adviser with form part of the multidisciplinary Occupational Health Team, providing specialist Occupational Health advice and assessments in support of the University Strategy and People Strategy. The base location for this role is at our Occupational Health offices at Green Lane, Durham, with the opportunity for Hybrid working in line with our Hybrid Working Principles and subject to service needs. NMC Registered Nurse with a Specialist Occupational Health Qualification. 3. Occupational Health Specialist practitioner with knowledge and expertise in the delivery and development of Occupational Health services. 4. Experience of implementing policies and procedures and supporting change and service improvements. 5. Experience of providing specialist Occupational Health advice and guidance to a range of customers and colleagues, including more senior colleagues. 6. Experience of participating in internal or external networks to share and discuss good practice, develop strong and productive working relationships and to positively influence the University's reputation. Skills/Abilities/Knowledge 7. Excellent spoken and written communication skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships, both internally and externally. 8. Strong digital competence across a range digital devices and apps including digital communication tools, Microsoft 365 and specialist Occupational Health software systems. 9. Committed to continuing professional development to maintain professional registration. 10.
