Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Corporate Parenting Manager to join Bradford Council's Children and Families Service on an initial 3-6 month temporary contracy. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This role is to drive forward our commitment to children in care and care leavers. This is a key role in ensuring the best possible outcomes by working closely with the Corporate Parenting Panel, partner agencies, and local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate Corporate Parenting Panel meetings and ensure high-quality reports on performance, priorities, and outcomes for children in care and care leavers.
* Develop and implement the Corporate Parenting Strategy for Bradford, ensuring engagement across the Trust, Council, partner agencies, and businesses.
* Manage responses to themes identified through young people-led Corporate Parenting Meetings and ensure actions are communicated and completed.
* Create opportunities for work experience, apprenticeships, employment, and social activities for children in care and care leavers through partnership working.

* Experience in corporate parenting, children’s services, or a related field.
* Strong partnership-working skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* Passionate about improving outcomes for children in care and care leavers.
