We have a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple regions including UK and Australia including: Pointof-sale (POS) implementations Employee engagement through digital platforms Marketing automation CRM enhancements Key Responsibilities Lead Digital Transformation Projects: Drive digital projects end-to-end Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with a variety of teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration of new solutions. Project Planning and Resource Management: Define project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with business needs. Stakeholder Communication and Management Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for project updates, preparing regular status reports, and providing insights for Steering Committees. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Implement Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) for efficient project execution, promoting process excellence and fostering continuous improvement. Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure project deliverables meet compliance standards and best practices, particularly in international settings, across different business units, functions, and segments. Experience in Digital Project Management specifically on integration projects Managing multiple projects at one time Strong knowledge of IT architecture and Digital Solutions.
