Restructuring Associate
London – £105,000 - £125,000
We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Restructuring Associate in our clients London office.

We are seeking motivated individuals with 2-7 years PQE in debt and restructuring, who possesses a keen legal acumen and business insight. Collaborative in nature, the ideal candidate will also bring exceptional academic credentials and articulate communication skills to our dynamic team.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Finance or restructuring lawyer with financing experience
2. 2-7 years PQE
3. Experience in special situations and/or distressed debt, and ability to;
4. Handle debt and debt restructuring;
5. Manage financing agreements;
6. Oversee security arrangements;
7. Work on intercreditor arrangements in distressed or special situations;
8. Develop ongoing relationships with existing clients;
9. Pitch for new opportunities;
10. Collaborate closely with the international team on national and international assignments, and;
11. have experience working with major UK and overseas banks, specialist lenders, and top advisory and consultancy firms
Their client base includes prominent names in finance and advisory services. Notable projects include the financial restructuring and administration of a well-known retail group, the take-private and financial restructuring of a fashion retailer, a $1bn Scheme of Arrangement for an international oil and gas company, the financial restructuring and administration of a high-profile fashion brand’s UK business, and the administration of a pre-paid funeral provider.
