The Role: We are seeking a Content Creator/Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling, brand engagement, and digital content strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute creative content plans that optimize visibility and engagement across digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, video editing skills, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement content strategies across digital functions, including SEO, PPC, social media, influencer, and email marketing.
2. Create engaging online content, including videos, graphics, infographics, web pages, ebooks, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for content, campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
4. Create brand videos for processes and products for brand’s knowledge pool and training.
5. Edit and enhance photos and videos for use across digital and print media.
6. Maintain consistency in design and brand voice across all platforms and marketing materials.
7. Stay up-to-date with design trends, new tools, and software to ensure fresh and innovative designs.
8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
The Person:
1. Degree in digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Content Creator or Video Editor, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
3. Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of content creation and video editing capabilities.
5. Knowledge of web design, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
6. Experience with influencer management is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across all content.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
