We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a large, growing, and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:
* Accounts payable duties including inputting invoices, credit notes, and payments made.
* Credit control including cash allocation and reconciliation.
* Financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
* Control account reconciliation.
* Ensuring you meet department KPIs.
Requirements for a successful Finance Assistant:
* Minimum 2 years of Accounts or Finance experience.
* AAT qualified.
* Credit control and accounts payable experience.
* Able to use own initiative.
* Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
* Good communication skills both written and verbal.
