£45,000 + 20% Bonus
Home Counties (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote- potential for it to be a 4 day week)
Our client is a large, well-known organisation, committed to delivering exceptional service within the leisure/hospitality sector. As a leader in their field, they are constantly looking at improving their commercial offering and are currently looking to hire a Digital Partnerships Manager to help drive new customer acquisition and continue to build on existing relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:
This is an end to end role where you will play an important part in driving new guest acquisition through various digital partnership channels, including travel agents, meta-search, affiliates and direct commercial partnerships. This position is integral in shaping the future of the brand expansion by optimising the commercial strategy and increasing brand reach. You'll work closely within the digital team and report into the Head of Digital Analytics.
* Supporting guest acquisition growth: leading efforts to acquire new guests through key partnerships and digital channels (affiliates, performance, search)
* Maximising ROI: identifying, testing and optimising opportunities to improve return on investment through creative digital campaigns.
* Collaboration across teams: Working closely with teams such as Digital Content, Revenue, Brand & Campaigns, and external agencies to ensure seamless strategy execution.
* Budget and performance management: Overseeing and optimising the partnership budget, including setting targets, reporting, and identifying savings or investment opportunities.
Essential Skills:
* Experience in digital marketing for the purpose of customer acquisition
* Interested in getting into partnerships marketing activity- any experience in this area will be a bonus
* Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting, including Google Analytics 4 and other performance tools would be preferred
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for partnership activities.
