As a Team Manager, you will use a digital app called Nourish to manage care and support plans for the people we support. While experience with digital or mobile apps is desirable, full training will be provided. We are looking for an interim 6 month contract with potential to make permanent. Oversee staff rota and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage. Staff Management: Lead by example, modeling best practices for team members. Conduct supervisions and observations of staff to ensure the delivery of services with dignity and respect. Support staff in facilitating choice for the individuals in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act. Administrative Duties: Manage finances related to service operations. Develop, update, and maintain support plans tailored to individual needs. Prepare monthly summaries and reports for the Area Manager. Collaboration and Coordination: Work with Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) to ensure optimal outcomes for individuals being supported. Participate in on-call duties, primarily providing telephone support and advice to services in the Nottinghamshire area. Collaborate with the Service Manager for guidance and support in addressing issues. Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and high standards among the team. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and relevant regulations. Experience in managing support services or similar roles. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders..
