Do you have admin experience and would you like to work for a Parcel Delivery organisation based across the UK?
This role offers remote working, ideally from Swansea, South Wales, with occasional site visits based across the Midlands, London and Yorkshire.
Role Overview
As an Admin Assistant, you will join a friendly team based across the UK. You will be expected to liaise with the installation and design teams to manage diaries, schedule work, and organise maintenance of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate sites.
2. Manage and amend large data sets using Excel and Monday.com.
3. Document company installations and maintenance.
4. Manage staff diaries ensuring installation, design, and maintenance is completed on time and within budget.
5. Liaise with staff to organise site visits and installations.
6. Occasional site visits to the Midlands, London, or Yorkshire.
This is a full-time, home-based role.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants are required to have prior admin experience and experience in the following:
1. Proficiency in IT skills, predominantly Outlook, Monday.com, and Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting.
2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a professional phone manner.
3. Flexible approach to working and able to pick up tasks with minimal supervision.
4. Experience managing large data sets.
5. Experience organising diaries and liaising with colleagues to schedule installation and maintenance of products.
