This Senior IT Support Analyst position is a key role within our Technology Department based in the Melton Offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert IT support with the experience and ability to work alone on site.

Description
1. Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users by, monitoring and prioritizing, user requests using our IT helpdesk system, ensuring all user tickets are assigned, responded to and closed off within SLA.
2. Diagnosing software and hardware problems, as well as undertaking repairs and upgrades.
3. Monitoring alerts and acting as first response, escalating where required.
4. Monitoring and maintaining backup systems across the business.
5. Assisting in the installation and configuration of new Servers, networking infrastructure and other IT equipment across the business.
