Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading and highly regarded Lincoln company looking to recruit a Finance Bid Manager.
Your new role
You will be the strategic finance lead on costing, pricing and bidding for contracts, including identifying and reporting risk, KPI impact, completing all bid documentation, developing costing and pricing models/mechanisms, ensuring synergy with forecasting modules and the annual budget, business partnering, strategic planning, analysis and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified ACMA/ACA/ACCA with highly commercial skills in pricing, costing, contracts and bids. You will have excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills with a wide range of internal and external partners, coupled with excellent communication and IT skills. You will have strong forecasting, budgeting and project management capabilities. You will be living in close commute to the Lincolnshire area as the role is hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).
