About the role
As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our fast-paced transport team. Working Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your primary duties will consist of assisting with day-to-day office operations. You will also be responsible for processing paperwork, updating databases, liaising with drivers and other team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
You will be responsible for:
* Price queries for customer invoicing
* Cost Accruals
* Customer PO's
* Haulier Plan Costing
* Various other ad hoc duties
About you

You should be confident using Microsoft Office programs and have a strong attention to detail. A proactive approach and the ability to drive positive change will be highly valued in this role.
