Business Systems Analyst (Fixed-term Contract)
Do you enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutions that successfully deliver changes and projects? If so, we have a great opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation Team on a fixed-term contract basis for approx. 12 months.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll bring specialist knowledge of systems combined with your strong analysis skills to ensure effective configuration and development of technologies. You’ll ensure system changes are impact assessed, implemented and transitioned effectively into business as usual. A key part of the role will be working with internal stakeholders to assess their needs through interviews and workshops. You’ll provide guidance and challenge perceived needs to identify true requirements, using these to implement the relevant system change.

Our Ideal Candidate? The role would suit an individual with a background in application support, who is looking to step into technology development. We’re looking for individuals with an analytical and logical approach, with demonstrable experience of the following:
* Working with systems and configuring technologies, including Housing Management applications, particularly Northgate.
* Experience of or the ability to gather requirements, translating these into build documents and evaluating the suitability of new solutions.
* Demonstrable experience of engaging with stakeholders at all levels using different methods and translating complex technical information.
* Experience of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
Supporting collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, this role is based from our Birmingham, Bath Row office a minimum of 3 days per week, although this may vary based on business needs.
