An exciting opportunity is available for a senior marketing and communications professional to join our in-house team and play a key role in supporting the adult social care sector to deliver high-quality care.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the role of the Senior Marketing Officer is to work closely with our directorates to develop marketing propositions for key areas of our work. The propositions will identify customers’ problems and how our products can meet their needs. Using audience insights, you’ll develop comprehensive marketing and communication plans defining objectives along with key messages and narratives.
Supported by the wider team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the plans, positioning Skills for Care products and services and gathering metrics and insight to ensure all work is evidence-based.
We’re looking for a team player with extensive knowledge of marketing and communications processes and best practices, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven relationship-building skills.
