This role involves managing financial processes, procurement, project coordination, and workforce administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities include: Manage purchase ledgers, invoices, and supplier payments. Coordinate contracts, material orders, plant hire, and waste management. Track compliance documentation and maintain supplier/subcontractor records. Process payroll, monitor employee hours, and organise travel/accommodation. Update project data, maintain reports, and organise site documentation. Support general office administration, including diary management and meeting minutes. About You: Experience in construction administration or a similar role. Proficient in MS Office; Sage knowledge is a plus. Strong organisational and communication skills.
