This is a rare opportunity to oversee a flagship boutique, drive commercial success, and lead a passionate team in delivering an exceptional client experience.


Onsite 5 days a week in London


Responsibilities:


• Lead and develop a high-performing boutique team, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Drive sales performance and business growth in line with brand objectives.

• Oversee all boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.

• Cultivate strong relationships with collectors and watch enthusiasts through strategic clienteling.

• Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening the boutique’s presence within the luxury watchmaking community.


Requirements:


• Proven experience in luxury retail leadership, ideally within fine watchmaking or high-end timepieces.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Deep knowledge of the luxury watch industry.

• Exceptional leadership, client engagement, and team development skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
