The Role

As a Legal Secretary in a Conveyancing / Commercial Property department, you will play a pivotal role in transcribing recordings using digital dictation software.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing incoming calls and message handling.
2. Coordinating with clients and external parties.
3. Conducting various searches and registrations.
4. Organising file opening and archiving.
5. Maintaining diary schedules.
Requirements:
6. Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Legal Secretary in a similar role.
7. Ideally you wll have experience in conveyancing or commercial property department.
8. Skilled in digital dictation.
9. Strong word-processing and audio typing abilities.
10. Familiarity with MS Office suite.
11. Professional telephone etiquette.
