The Financial Reporting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting for management and meeting strict deadlines throughout the financial year. The role is primarily responsible for the legal entity and consolidated statutory reporting of our Client's entities located in the UK and Denmark. Main Responsibilities Complex Statutory and Consolidated Accounts: Manage the delivery of complex statutory and consolidated accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process and Systems Reviews: Undertake reviews to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline processes. Collaboration: Liaise with auditors, professionals, and internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain strong relationships. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements (UK GAAP, IFRS) and maintain a deep understanding of consolidated accounts and disclosures. Requirements for the role of Financial Reporting Manager Qualifications: An Accounting degree and professional accounting qualification (i.e. CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Technical skills: Current knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS Team work: Ability to work using own initiative and to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
