Hours: 18 hours / week (part-time) Salary: £24,647 - £26,763 (pro-rata) Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays) (pro-rata) Shift Pattern: Mornings - 07.30am-2pm Afternoons – 1.30pm-7.30pm Closing date: Sunday 12 January 2025 A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Housekeeper What you'll be doing Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, you can expect your working day to include the following: Responsible for providing a clean, safe and hygienic environment throughout all areas of the Hospice Bag laundry, write up, label and deliver to laundry collection point outside on a daily basis Working flexibly within a team to cover the department needs and demands. Co-operate with and maintain good relationships with other disciplines that are attending and treating clients to maximise patient care Responsible for ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly and any refreshments are served and set up/cleared away on time.
