You will play a vital role in ensuring that all export shipments are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with the customer's requirements. From You:
* Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling documentation and customer data.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Technology Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and freight forwarding software (experience with systems like Cargowise, SAP, or similar is a bonus).
