These opportunities will be offered as 12 month fixed-term contract or secondments.
Role Responsibilities
The Campaigns Advisers will be required to develop and deliver a range of corporate campaigns, each aligned to organisation priorities and commitments. They will be involved in creating robust communications and marketing strategies and plans and lead the delivery and evaluation of the activities.
The roles require an understanding of the importance of insights and data at every stage of planning, creation, amplification, engagement and evaluation. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, the roles require strong communications skills and experience of using multichannel communications and marketing, including digital marketing, social media and PR. The ability to work in a fast-moving environment with an ability to stay calm under pressure is beneficial.
About You
Educated to degree level or equivalent by experience.
1. Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant professional area.
2. Evidence of strong project management skills and process with experience of multidisciplinary and cross-functional working.
3. Demonstrable experience of communications and marketing campaigns, ideally in a public sector environment.
4. An understanding of the agile way of working.
5. Experience of working in a political environment, skills in understanding and responding to different perspectives and taking a cross organisational perspective (desirable).
6. Proven experience in a Communications and Marketing advisory/consultancy role.
