Job Summary To provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to the Trust Equipment Department and associated teams. This includes liaising with other departments and services, and effectively responding toinquiries from service users, healthcare professionals, external agencies, and the public. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the day-to-day administrative organisation for the Trust Equipment Department providing general clerical and administrative support including using the Trusts electronic asset and work order management system to receive, document and complete a variety of work requests for equipment breakdowns and repairs. Responsible for maintaining electronic records of Capital Cases of Need for the Trust Equipment Group committee. Responsible for liaising with user departments to ensure the submission are complete and organising the Agenda for the Trust Equipment Group Committee.
