This permanent role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who excels in managing projects and scheduling tasks within the plumbing and heating division. Key Responsibilities Enquiry Management: Handle incoming enquiries across multiple channels for the plumbing and heating division, ensuring all are qualified and processed effectively. Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments for the manager and surveyor to conduct site surveys, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. Order and Liaison: Work closely with the manager to order required parts and liaise with clients to coordinate project schedules and works. Engineer Scheduling: Manage engineers' diaries and keep customers informed of project progress, ensuring all deadlines are met. Query Handling: Address and resolve any queries that arise throughout the project lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service. System Updates: Update the Simpro system with accurate project details and progress to ensure smooth project management. Invoicing: Assist with the invoicing process upon project completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive project administration and customer service support, contributing to overall project success. Experience & Skills Proven experience in planning or project administration, ideally within a similar role. Ability to effectively multi-task and maintain organisation in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact efficiently with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with job management software or CRM systems. Offering Competitive Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Office-Based Role: Located in Paisley.
