Role Overview: Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with behavioural needs. Help students overcome barriers to learning and stay engaged in their education. Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams to develop effective behaviour management strategies. Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages student progress. What We’re Looking For: Someone with experience working with young people, particularly in managing behaviour or supporting challenging situations. A proactive, confident individual who can build rapport with students and staff. Passion for helping students achieve their potential and succeed in school.
