Job Description
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote Digital DNA's services and events.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Assist with sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management. Identify key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Support Event Managers, Executives & Directors as required with administrative tasks.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and attendee management.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new marketing and sales tools and technologies.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities.
Proficiency in using social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in social media marketing, sales, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
It is a requirement to work on a hybrid model, with at least 1 day a week being office based at our city centre offices.
