Certificated Enforcement Agent - £27,000 + Commission!
We are seeking a Certificated Enforcement Agent to join our industry-leading team at Marston Holdings on a full-time, permanent basis.

What’s the Role? As an Enforcement Agent, you will be at the forefront of our operations, helping clients by visiting addresses listed on warrants (including Liability Orders and Writs). Your role will involve:
* Collecting payments, executing warrants, tracing absconders, and seizing goods for auction.
* Operating independently, managing your own schedule with support from our Enforcement Support Team and Area Enforcement Manager.
* Upholding the highest standards, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements at every turn.
* Operating on an employed basis, executing your duties and managing your schedule, with a clear focus on achieving results.
* Visiting residential addresses, enforcing warrants, and seizing goods, all while following company policies and adhering to the law.
* Managing documentation carefully, ensuring all processes are followed, and keeping fees transparent.
* Ensuring you provide excellent service, working with the support of your team, and ensuring efficiency in every action.
Who Are We Looking For? We need someone who is fully qualified with a drive to succeed, who’s motivated, flexible, and ready to work on the go! To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A full UK manual driver’s license.
* A self-starter who can manage a range of different hours (between 6 am and 9 pm), including weekends and occasional late or early shifts.
* Strong customer service or sales experience is a bonus, but the ability to adapt and connect with people is essential.
