Our client is a PE backed B2B SaaS organisation with an international presence.
Job Description
The successful Head of Sales Operations will:
1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies.
2. Report directly to the CEO.
3. Drive productivity through better tools, automation, and processes.
4. Collaborate with the sales department to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Provide sales training to team members, such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.
6. Standardise GTM across the different business regions.
7. Monitor marketing activities, ensuring relevance and quality of leads.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
9. Manage resources efficiently to optimise growth and profitability.
10. Ensure all business activities align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
The Successful Applicant
As a successful Head of Sales Operations, you should have:
1. A track record working for IT B2B SAAS organisations, preferably with an SME client focus.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance.
4. Excellent understanding of sales business operations and processes.
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
6. Knowledge of different sales methodologies.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
9. The ability to travel internationally and to their Hertfordshire office.
10. Ideally, a 2nd language in either German or Spanish.
