Personal Assistant/Business Support Officer
Pay Rate: £15 per hour PAYE
Work Pattern: 4 days onsite - Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are mandatory, 1 day from home (Monday or Wednesday)
Contract: 6-month temporary position
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
* Minute-taking for meetings and ensuring accurate records.
* Diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments.
* Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
* Booking meeting rooms and making travel arrangements.
* Data entry, maintaining databases, and record-keeping.
* Liaising with internal departments and handling incoming calls.
* Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Previous minute taking during meetings experience.
* Previous experience working in a busy office environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work onsite in the Norfolk office 4 days per week.
