Title: Commercial Lawyer - Procurement/Contract

Pay Rate: £52.82 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 35-37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3-4 months
City: Wakefield, West Yorkshire

NB: Police Vacancy - only for candidates with a minimum of 5 years continuous UK address history. Please note that this vacancy is subject to a strict security vetting procedure.
A Commercial Lawyer (Procurement/Contract) is needed for approximately 3 to 4 months.
Commercial property experience is not essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Advising on contractual agreements
Dealing with Commercial contracts, procurement, Production and distribution, data and information management, IT, Technology, Construction, Intellectual Property, Public Law, Grants
Dealing with public procurement matters and frameworks.
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (or equivalent)
Skills & Experience:
Commercial Contracts and Procurement experience - desirable
Ideally previous public sector experience
