We are looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven individual to make a valued contribution to our award-winning, field-based sales team, and provide a high standard of service for Sweet Squared Ltd customers and prospects. This is a proactive sales role focused on Nimue Skin Technology. The successful candidate would therefore have drive and tenacity, with a passion for all things beauty and a desire to generate and drive sales through sourcing leads and building long-lasting relationships.
This is a field-based role that requires daily travel with occasional overnight stays away from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* To execute the commercial plans of Nimue Skin Technology and other beauty brands in the professional salon channel. The purpose being to achieve defined revenue, salon distribution, volume sales, brand distribution, and profitability. The main focus being the development of strategic partnerships with carefully identified salons, stylists and key industry influencers.
* Identify and prospect new accounts for the brands by developing and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
* Present the brand and business proposition to a range of audiences.
* Demonstrate new products, innovations and treatments in-salon.
* Provide in-salon event support to customers as an ambassador of Sweet Squared, providing consultations to the salon’s clients where necessary.
* To provide accurate and current information to your fellow team members, passing possible leads for other brands outside of your remit to other team members.
* Achieve and exceed all sales targets and objectives as set.
* Range sell at all times to achieve maximum product distribution.
* To actively communicate and sell all education events offered by the Company.
* Support customers to ensure orders and queries are processed and dealt with on a timely and efficient basis.

Requirements:
* Beauty Therapy Level 3 or above qualification.
* Background in hair or beauty industry field sales to professional salons.
* Demonstrable achievements in winning new accounts and developing existing accounts.
* Able to learn about and promote the context, performance and technical characteristics of the products sold and communicate appropriately to customers and prospects, including delivering education within salon.
* Substantial experience of identifying and targeting new customers and prospects and developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
* Strong relationship building experience with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
* Ability to understand sales related data and use relevant systems required to execute and support role.
* Proven influencing, decision making and problem solving skills.
* Full clean driving license.
