The successful candidate will be responsible for the first point of contact for clients, providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving queries with a professional and customer focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT support. Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory Log, prioritise, and categorise tickets in the Autotask ticketing system. Provide troubleshooting and remote support. network troubleshooting Travel to client sites when remote troubleshooting is not sufficient. ticketing systems Perform hardware installations, network troubleshooting, and system diagnostics on-site.
