Job Type: Full-time Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension, Performance bonus Experience: Sales training: 3 years (required) Location: Liverpool, L3 5PE (required) Description of Role: Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely alongside the Sales Director, this newly created role will be pivotal in continuing the company’s substantial growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow their own career by facilitating the development of the investment consultants within our sales team. The key areas of the role involve all aspects of the recruitment of the investment consultants, conducting the initial induction training (including sales skills, product knowledge and property sector knowledge) as well as the ongoing training, coaching and development of the consultants, in accordance with the Elavace Sales Career Path. Key Responsibilities: - Working closely with the Sales Director on all aspects of the recruitment process to grow the sales team including job postings, conducting interviews, formalising job offers and arranging inductions. - Overall responsibility for the delivery of the initial induction training in a professional manner, with a high level of attention to detail that reflects the standards of the business that the new starters have joined. - Delivery of training modules including (but not limited to) the Elavace sales qualification process, communication skills, sales psychology, questioning techniques, objection handling, understanding property investment, competitor analysis etc - Conduct development site visits with the investment consultants to enhance their knowledge of Elavace projects and the property market in the local area. - Ongoing 1-1 coaching and development with individual investment consultants. Primarily using call listening to identify key development areas, adherence to the qualification process and giving specific feedback and action points to be subsequently followed-up on. - The Elavace Sales Career Path is a framework that facilitates the development of our investment consultants in their sales career with us. By achieving specific goals and milestones, consultants can progress in their careers, obtain more responsibility, earn more money and gain promotions and it is the responsibility of the Training and Development Manager to ensure that these milestones are reached. - Responsibility for training investment consultants on the operational aspects of their role including correct use of the CRM, end-to-end sales process and best practice guidance on IT use. Skills / Qualifications Required: - The main requirement of this role is the ability to execute the key responsibilities outlined above to an excellent level. - We require a professional, highly driven individual who is passionate about the growth and development of others, as well as themselves. - Candidates should have a proven background in sales training and development over several years. This experience is essential, preferably in the property industry and it is anticipated the right candidate will have previously worked in a sales role. - You should have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate information verbally in a clear and concise manner. You can build relationships quickly, are a committed team player and have the ability to manage your own time. - Your written skills will be of a high standard as there will be the need to produce additional training materials on an ad-hoc basis. - Good I.T skills, with knowledge of Microsoft office. Experience with a CRM system is essential, knowledge of Pipedrive is preferred. - Adaptable to change, the ideal candidate will be committed to the role, be able to work under their own initiative and enjoy the responsibility and benefits of working in a fast-paced team environment.
