Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Focus of the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Contracts Team as a Contracts Administrator. Reporting directly to the Contracts Management Lead in a team of six. The focus of the role is to work with various departments to ensure back-office operations run as seamlessly as possible. Resolving queries, product reconciliation for existing and new services and the administration of contracts.
Responsibilities:
1. Reconciling of contractual services and management of the contract base to ensure correct charges and volumes.
2. Supporting with end-to-end contract management; including setup of contracts, checking documentation and portals for third party verification, determining service commencement using our custom-built system to input contract details.
3. Invoicing of contractual sales orders.
4. Identify and address billing discrepancies by reviewing and cross-referencing invoices.
5. End-to-end query management for any contract related invoice or account manager queries.
6. Holiday cover for other team members to include customer service responsibilities and any other support required by the team or the wider business.
Person, Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
2. Experience on the rest of the Microsoft package; Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
3. Maths & English GCSE’s minimum grade C
4. 2 Years minimum experience in an administrative role
5. Experience within a financial administrative role or sales support would be of benefit but is not required for the role.
