As the Growth Enablement Program Manager you will be responsible for the overall program management of an exciting new initiatives within the commercial team following an agile methodology. You will ensure that the program delivers the expected outcomes and benefits, in alignment with the strategic vision and objectives of the steering committee. Additionally, you will lead the communication and reporting of the program status, achievements, and challenges to the steerco and the supporting countries, as well as facilitate the collaboration and coordination among the program stakeholders and teams. At least 5 years of experience in program management or as a product owner, preferably in an agile environment.
