This has given the company opportunities to service a multitude of sectors, with a diverse client base stretching across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitters Mate to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
This opportunity gives a Fitters mate the chance to work with one of the most respected Structural Steel Fabricating companies in the UK.
Plater Main Duties:
Assist in all aspects of the fabrication facility.
Daily inspections, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, stock control
Programme daily inspections of all plant and machines
Programme preventative maintenance all plant and machines.
Carry out preventative maintenance on all plant and machines.
Undertake daily maintenance on the building and fabric of the premises. Role Requirements:
Experience working in industrial and heavy industrial environments
Excellent communication
Ability to inspect own work
Excellent eye for detail
Flexibility with regards to shifts and over-time
