They are looking to welcome an experienced Accounts Assistant to the Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skillset and become a part of a progressive organisation. Your new role Processing payments to suppliers and contractors. Producing and sending customers monthly invoices. Sending payment reminders to customers. Managing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. Maintaining records of receipts and invoices. Processing bank deposits. Identifying and addressing any discrepancies that arise within accounts payable and receivable. Keeping detailed records of all financial transactions. Maintaining up-to-date records of financial information. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Preparing and maintaining accounting databases – Sage cloud. Bank reconciliations. What you'll need to succeed AAT Level 2 and 3. Proficient with Microsoft Packages, including V-Lookups, Pivot tables and formulas. Strong organisational and communication skills. Extremely organised, excellent attention to detail and competent at building relationships. Experience working within Accounts Payable. Full-time permanent opportunity.
