As our Reservations Executive you will: Ensure exceptional customer service and efficient handling of reservation inquiries. Efficiently coordinate the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, including managing room availability, rates, and special requests. Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and ensure a high standard of service delivery. Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries, provide information about the hotel's offerings, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Sales, to optimise room inventory, maximise revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience. Generate and analyse reservation reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
