The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PAS-X MES consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing WERUM PAS-X MES solutions to streamline their manufacturing operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and data visibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct client requirements analysis and feasibility studies for PAS-X MES implementations.
2. Design and configure PAS-X MES workflows, recipes, and equipment integrations.
3. Develop and manage project plans for PAS-X MES implementations.
4. Perform system integrations with ERP, PLM, and other relevant systems.
5. Perform data migration and cleansing activities.
6. Develop and deliver training for client personnel on PAS-X MES functionalities.
7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients after implementation.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest PAS-X MES features and functionalities.
9. Participate in pre-sales activities and demos to clients.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in MES implementations, preferably with WERUM PAS-X.
2. Proven understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
3. Strong experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Experience with SQL databases and scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
9. Knowledge of industry standards like ISA-88 and ISA-95 is a plus.
10. Ability to travel for client visits is required.

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
