Who You Are You have excellent safeguarding experience and are proficient in completing Early Help Assessments. You are skilled in organizing Team Around the Family Meetings and completing SMART plans with families, as well as reviewing these plans. You can work effectively within designated timescales and are comfortable completing home visits and direct work with children and young people. Furthermore, you possess strong written and verbal communication skills. What the Job Involves This role is part of Knowsley Family First, a key resource for delivering interventions to families with complex needs. It supports families to thrive in accordance with the Early Help and Prevention Strategy and the national Supporting Families programme. The job involves coordinating and delivering multi-agency interventions based on whole-family Early Help Assessment and action planning. The aim is to help families achieve positive outcomes for themselves while reducing the likelihood of needing high-cost, statutory, crisis intervention services such as Children’s Social Care. Support is provided directly by Family First Case Managers through a coordinated partnership approach.
