Your focus will be on both established customers and newly developed ones, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction along the way.
The Role:
* Drive sales growth in the cutting and welding business area, targeting distributors, key accounts, and large end-users.
* Develop and execute strategic growth plans to hit ambitious sales targets.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product launches, efficient customer communications, and high customer retention.
* High frequency of face-to-face meetings with clients to build solid, long-term relationships.
* Be the go-to person for all things Cutting and Welding Technology in your region.
What They’re Looking For:
* At least 5 years of experience in a sales or Channel development role within the industrial sector, particularly with distributors and key accounts.
* A consultative approach to sales, able to turn transactional relationships into lasting partnerships.
* Someone who knows how to sell premium products and understands what motivates distributors in this space.
* A technical understanding of gas equipment, welding, and cutting technology would be a bonus, but not essential!
