Chinese speaking Business Process Analyst - IT Business Analyst The role will be hybrid between being onsite and working from home. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations. Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize business processes and propose recommendations for improvements. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Gather and analyse business requirements, developing tailored specifications. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of requirements. Participate in and manage business-driven IT development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Write business/functional requirement specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation. Skills and Qualifications: Fluent Chinese speaker 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, workflow analysis. Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management. Work experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with operational processes is preferred. Process management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
