Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Trusted source of insight expertise – be able to confidently recommend appropriate and effective insight solutions to a range of business needs, using qualitative, quantitative and analytical techniques Stakeholder management and engagement – engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels to both scope insight requirements and embed them in decision making Hands on approach to the design and analysis of insight project – leading by example Ability to prioritise resources effectively to meet organisational needs Facilitation – facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to embed insights within organisation Communication – communicate effectively and persuasively to decode, articulate and summarise insight that lands with decision makers Assurance and Quality – apply recognised methodologies, ensuring quality in delivery and protection of data confidentiality This is not an exhaustive list and you might be encouraged to undertake any other duties across the wider directorate, commensurate with the Band and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the key experience and/or training.
