Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to support the senior administrator with the broadening administrative workload for the busy property/facilities division of a wider organisation.
The role can be either fully office based or hybrid (with at least two days in the city centre office a week).
The job is both diverse and interesting and you could be doing anything from processing receipts to documenting works schedules to dealing with contractors. This means that we really do need someone with a high degree of adaptability, communication, attention to detail and common sense.
Some of the tasks are reasonably simple but as there is a high degree of compliance and governance with the role, it is worth noting that some of the tasks can be quite detail focussed and out of the ordinary. With this in mind, flexibility to deal with a varied and ever evolving workload will be required.
Being very honest, this is a good admin role that is both varied and busy, within a company that offers stability and good benefits, but there isn’t a huge amount of room for progression, so it really does require a person that enjoys admin and is happy to develop in the job rather than progress in it.
Main duties to include:
Admin duties for Director and Estate Contracts Manager with the management of business offices
Liaising with stakeholders across the business in order to coordinate and deliver high quality estate services for the wider organisation
Accurate record keeping and coordination of suppliers, premises, works orders and various premises
Maintaining and updating lease agreements, compliance documents, asset registers and diaries
Invoicing
Dealing with, filing and helping to resolve queries where relevant and documenting relevant outcomes
Creating and generating reports
General admin duties as required We are looking for:
Solid experience within an administrative function
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to deal with a varied and flexible workload
Previous experience of property or property related role whilst not essential, would be useful
An organised and diligent approach to admin tasks/results
Someone who likes a varied workload and keeping busy
Personable and professional character
Good MS Office skills and robust attention to detail In return you can expect:
Circa £25k salary
37.5 hrs per week
25 days holiday + Bank Hols
Contributory pension
DIS benefit
Plus other benefits If you are interested in this position, please contact Rachel on: (phone number removed) or email a copy of your CV using the link.
