Your role This is a 12 month maternity cover position for 2025. What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a UX Designer on a 12 month maternity cover position within our epyx business. We’re a member of FLEETCOR Technologies Inc, a global pioneer in developing new technology to help the fleet industry boost productivity and profitability, this position is located in our Meriden office. As part of our in house team of software developers, you will be directly involved in the design and delivery of our software applications and features for specific target groups and end users. Creating UX assets, design, prototypes and plans for our suite of software products, from initial brief through to final execution. How We Work As a UX Designer you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in the Meriden office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Turning the business vision and customer requirements into workable prototypes and wireframes and clearly set out product development specifications using multiple approaches. Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to gather information about their requirements. Proposing and sketch out a range of visual concepts both on paper and using software applications. Creating user personas, process maps and user journeys. Finding creative ways to solve UX problems. Creating lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes and prototypes using specialist tools such as Axure, InVision, as well as the Adobe product suite. Working on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers. Liaising regularly with clients to ensure that designs meet their requirements and core business objectives. Running workshops for clients and internal stakeholders. Conducting remote and on-site usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement. Redesigning websites to make them more responsive. Qualifications & Skills The role will focus on B2B UX design and so the successful applicant will have: Several years of experience in B2B UX design, creating products that solve real user problems Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, Sketch, InVision, Webflow, etc Expertise in wireframing, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes Experience with user research and usability testing Ability to translate stakeholder goals, research, and complex user flows into intuitive UIs Excellent collaboration and communication skills Leadership experience with the flexibility to follow direction when needed Familiarity with methodologies like Sprints, Laws of UX, Jobs to Be Done, and Value Proposition Design Benefits & Perks Hybrid Working – in either the Swindon, Sheffield or London office 4 X Life insurance Pension scheme - 5% employer contribution Private Healthcare 25 days Holiday (plus Holiday Buy/Sell) Access to LinkedIn learning Career Progression Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
