This role is an exciting opportunity to work within our acute adult inpatient services, providing essential therapies to help patients improve their mental and emotional well-being. Your Impact: As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be a key part of the multidisciplinary team, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to support patients in their recovery journey. You will: Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of therapeutic activities to enhance patients’ well-being and quality of life. Assess, manage, and prioritize referrals, ensuring each patient receives the right interventions to meet their unique needs. Provide support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment. Build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure holistic care and excellent communication throughout the rehabilitation process. What We’re Looking For: A qualified Occupational Therapist with a BSc Hons or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, and HCPC registration.
