Who Are We Looking For?
We are searching for a Director of Sales, a full-time leader who will oversee and drive the success of our sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leadership and sales success, combined with a strong ability to recruit, train, and hold agents accountable. They are passionate about helping others achieve their goals and possess the knowledge and skills to support agents through coaching, negotiation guidance, and contract expertise.
This individual has risen to leadership positions in previous roles and thrives on influencing others to succeed. They have high energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire confidence and action in those they lead. With a focus on team growth and agent performance, the Director of Sales will serve as both a role model and a coach, ensuring the team's success is tied directly to their ability to grow and perform at a high level.
Compensation:
* Expected yearly earnings up to $150,000
* Paid Time Off (PTO)
Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and Hiring: Proactively recruit and hire sales agents to grow the team and meet quotas. If you don’t enjoy recruiting at a high level, this role is not for you.
* Agent Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to agents, ensuring they excel in their roles. Answer contract and negotiation questions to help agents succeed.
* Performance Accountability: Hold agents accountable for sales goals, productivity metrics, and team standards.
* One-on-One Coaching: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with agents to support their growth and development.
* Sales Leadership: Lead team sales and business meetings, script practice sessions, and lead generation efforts.
* Goal Setting: Help agents set and achieve career and sales goals through personalized plans and accountability.
* Staff Management: Work collaboratively with the team’s administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency.
* Team Growth: Focus on the growth and performance of the team, ensuring results are achieved through collective efforts and individual agent success.
Qualifications:
* Extraordinary people skills and leadership abilities.
* Proven success in recruiting, training, and managing sales professionals.
* Goal-setting, planning, and accountability expertise.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
* Deep knowledge of sales processes, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
* Real estate experience is strongly preferred, with Keller Williams knowledge being a plus.
* Experience in motivating and inspiring teams to achieve high performance.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
